Our Ministry Leaders

  • Dana Grant has served in Worship Ministry in different capacities since she was a teenager. After experiencing the infilling of the Holy Ghost as a teen, her life was forever changed with the Fire of God. Led by a passion to worship God and lead others into His presence, she envisions lives changed during worship. She serves the Lord at Bethel by the Water with her husband of 24 years, Teddy and three children at home: Israel, Destiny, and Chloe.

  • My family and I began attending Bethel Assembly of God back in the summer of 2021. My wife and I have been married for 24 years and we have three wonderful children that still live at home. In regards to church, I began to get involved in various ministries as I was afforded the opportunity. My wife is the worship leader here and I am currently helping with the sound board. Before my wife and I were married, I had been active in children’s ministry. Once we were married, my wife and I have been involved in different ministries such as children’s ministry, youth ministry, praise and worship team ministry, and care pastor ministry. I have enjoyed getting to know numerous people, both young, middle, and older in these great ministry opportunities. As the Men’s Ministry Leader, I want to point other men to Christ Jesus and Him alone. I want to encourage other men to focus on worshiping God in truth and in Spirit (John 4:23-24) and to be passionate in their pursuit of God. Men’s Ministry is an integral part of the church’s ability, not only to survive, but to thrive. My heart is to see men lead their families into a life-style that glorifies God in all that they do.

  • I grew up at Bethel Assembly of God, now known as Bethel by the Water, where the Lord placed a calling on my heart to work with children from the early age of three. This calling was confirmed when I was 12 years old, as a visiting evangelist's wife prayed over me and declared that the Lord had given me a special purpose in children's ministry. I've dedicated my career to nurturing young minds, serving as a middle school teacher for 19 years, with the last 16 years at Fairforest Middle School. Now, I'm thrilled to bring my experience and passion to the children at Bethel by the Water. I firmly believe that children are our future, and I'm committed to helping them build strong foundations in faith. I'm excited for all that God has planned for our children's ministry and look forward to seeing a new generation on fire for Jesus!

  • Walking and growing in the Lord from the age of 19, He called me out of darkness, into His Saving Light! I am a devoted believer in Christ, seeking to live out my faith in all areas of my life. Bible study & prayer is my twofold lifeline, connecting me to The Source of all life and love.

    I find joy and fulfillment  in helping others and spurring them on to live a life devoted to the Lord, encouraging them to grow deeper in their relationship with Christ and their service to Him.

    After working and traveling in business for many years, including self-employment for 25 years, I am now thankful and privileged to be in full-time service to the Lord, at  Bethel By The Water.

    We love coming to church and being involved with all our people! We love helping with everything that happens. Together, we greet visitors at the door and patrol the grounds as we are able. We keep track of the geese as we are allowed. We especially desire to show love to everyone who walks through our doors!
